• Phone number(s) including mobile
• Membership numbers and passwords (if necessary)
• Personal travel preferences
• Passport details, including a copy of the photo page of your passport

Your personal information is used to provide you with the products and services you have asked us to provide to you. Executive Travel may further use your information for the following:

• Regulatory reporting and compliance

• Internal processes / administration
• Keeping you informed of important travel updates

You have full access to your own personal information, and we will happily amend or correct your information for you at any time.


Your information can be disclosed to a third party by Executive Travel as follows:

• When permitted by law, for the purposes of protecting against fraud
• When you consent

NOTE: Executive Travel acts as an ‘agent’ for Service Providers, and therefore must disclose your personal information to other travel companies or related companies involved in fulfilling your travel requests. When this occurs, these other companies are legally obliged to also protect your information and not use it for further purposes without your consent. Executive Travel is not responsible for ensuring this however.

 

The security of your personal information is paramount

Executive Travel has robust systems in place, both physically and electronically, to ensure personal information is not lost, misused, altered or destroyed. Furthermore, these processes are regularly reviewed and altered to ensure the best possibly protection is in place.

 

Newsletters & Customer Satisfaction Surveys

You will only receive electronic newsletters from Executive Travel if you have personally opted to receive these. If you prefer not to receive online newsletters from us, please use the unsubscribe facility in the newsletter and your details will be removed from the mailing list. If you prefer not to complete our Customer Satisfaction Surveys please either delete the email or email us at info@executivetravel.co.nz, making sure to include your email address.
