Kevin has been in the travel industry for 17 years and has been with Executive Travel for seven years. Kevin is an owner and director of Executive Travel . Kevin has a business and marketing degree from the University of Auckland. Kevin has a wife and family and can often be found entertaining clients on the golf course.

Aaron has spent the past 20 years in the industry, predominately in corporate travel, as well as roles in retail, sales and wholesale. Having spent many years as a consultant, Aaron has an excellent appreciation of the needs and requirements of the corporate traveler and the people that make their bookings. He is very passionate about providing our clients with professional and efficient travel solutions with a personal touch and always looks forward to introducing new clients to the great team we have at Executive Travel.  Away from the office, Aaron spends his time socialising with friends and watching, participating or just talking about as many sports as possible.
 

Nicole joined Greens Travel, now known as Executive Travel in 1995 after working in the inbound travel industry.  She is now one of the longest serving members of the Executive Travel team.  Having worked in most areas of the company Nicole now focuses on Sales & Marketing and amoung other things is responsible for our newsletters, website and customer functions.   When not working you will find Nicole at the family bach in Whangaparoa or taking the kids out on the boat.

In December 2008 Mandy joined the Executive Travel team on the North Shore. Mandy has been in corporate travel for more than 20 years and her industry experience comes from a wide variety of roles. She thrives on good customer service and is always looking for smarter travel solutions for her clients. She is already enjoying being part of a company which has a great team culture and working with a team who always go the extra mile for their clients. One of the most amazing projects Mandy has been involved in was doing the travel for the crew of the vessel “Mayo” which helped to raise the Kursk from the seabed after it sank in the Barents Sea in 2001. She says it was great to play a part in ensuring all of the crew got there and back safely as they worked in very hard conditions while they were there. A truly historically event! Best destination for Mandy would have to be Mauritius. She says it is a true piece of paradise and the people are so warm and friendly that it makes for the most amazing holiday.

Kirstin started with Executive Travel in January 2006. She started in the Industry as an interpreter for Japanese tourists having just come back from a year’s Rotary Exchange in Tokyo, however she moved throughout the different areas of the industry and found her passion was for corporate travel. Kirstin thoroughly enjoys every part of her career and gets a lot of enjoyment from building great relationships with her clients. When not in the office, Kirstin enjoys spending time relaxing with a great book, mountain biking or attempting to garden. Her favourite destinations in the world are Bora Bora, Tokyo and New York City. If Kirstin was to give a travel tip, it would be to always retain your boarding passes and check your frequent flyer statements after each trip.

Megan joined Executive Travel in 2005 and has been in the travel industry since 2000 starting as a leisure consultant then moving to wholesale specialising in Bali and Bali Weddings before making the move to corporate travel. She has just recently returned from a mini OE experience which included 3 months working at a Girls Summer Camp in Michigan, USA before heading over to the UK and Europe. Despite all the new countries she has visited, Bali still remains her favourite destination.  Megan’s best leisure travel tip is to always pack an umbrella, sunscreen and insect spray. Main interests outside work include cooking, socialising, snow boarding and being outdoors. Megan enjoys working for Executive Travel as the people and company are great.

1993 is when Kim entered the travel industry and 7 years later, during the millennium she became an integral part of the team at Executive Travel. Kim has a quiet manner and is an attention to detail person; well respected by her peers and clients alike. Kim’s fondest memory of travel is the 6 week back packing trip she made with her partner around the UK with no fixed itinerary. When travelling Kim suggests packing your bag, then take half of the clothing back out, as you won’t be needing it. Travel light and make the most of the extra space for shopping.

Petra joined the team in 2004 and began her career in the travel industry in 1995.  Having travelled to over 38 countries the one which stands out for her is going on safari in Africa and seeing the animals in their natural habitat.  Petras corporate travel tip is - time is precious but make time to take an extra day to enjoy your destiantion.  On the weekends you will find Petra on the side line at sporting events, cheering on her boys or enjoying a beverage with friends.

Alana joined Executive Travel and the industry in 2005.  Alana is our resident shop-a-holic.  Her favourite destination is Bali because the culture is so different and she loved bargaining.  Her top tip to all travellers is to always take a photocopy of your passport with you and keep it in a safe place.  It is much easier and quicker to get a replacement passport when you have the full details of your old one.  In her spare time Alana enjoys horse riding, fishing and of course shopping.

In 2003 Angela joined the Executive Travel team after three years with another corporate travel company.  Along with being our relieving consultant if someone is out of the office Angela is also the first port of call for any after hours calls.  Angelas favourite destination is Hawaii and she would tell you a Pearl Harbour visit is essential.  One travel tip from Angela is to make the most of online check in as it can save you heaps of time queuing up at the airport.  In her spare time she enjoys playing netball, Classic Car Club and spending time with her husband and two children.

Helen began her career in travel in the year 2000 after completing a course in travel and tourism. Prior to Executive Travel, she spent 6 years with Air NZ as a consultant and a Team Leader. Helen has travelled extensively around Europe, North America, Asia and the South Pacific. Zermatt, a small town at the foot of the Matterhorn in Switzerland is Helen’s pick of destinations as she loved the atmosphere and traditional feel of the town, not to mention the skiing and tobogganing.

Helen’s travel tip is to research transit airport facilities in advance as she claims there’s nothing better than a long hot shower mid journey to make one feel better. Outside of work Helen loves spending time with her husband and their daughter Emma.

Scott’s career in travel began in 1999 after completing a course in travel and tourism. Prior to Executive Travel he spent eight years in the Air New Zealand Contact Centre as a Reservation and Online Support Consultant. Scott left Air New Zealand to travel and spent time working in Scotland as a consolidator. He returned to New Zealand and has recently worked as a wholesale consultant specialising in Rail travel around the world. His favourite destination is Hong Kong, due to the variety that it offers. There is something interesting to see and do for everyone. In his spare time Scott likes to socialise with friends while watching a game of sport, or hit a few at the golf driving range.

Jo joined the Executive Travel team in 2010 and began her career in the travel industry in 1994. Jo has worked with many large corporate travel companies here in NZ and the UK while based in London on her OE. Jo thoroughly enjoys building great relationships with her clients and thrives on delivering fantastic customer service. One travel tip from Jo is to make the most of online check in as it can save you a lot of time not having to queue up at the airport. When not working, Jo enjoys spending time with her two young daughters.

Rachel joined Executive Travel in 2008 as a corporate consultant after spending the previous 2 years in London where she held various business travel related positions.  Prior to London Rachel was with Air NZ in reservations and agency sales.  Rachels favourite travel destiation is Turkey because of the unique culture and friendly people.  She also highly recommends attending the Anzac Service at Gallipoli if you are looking for a unique experience.

Trish has worked for Executive Travel since 2002 and has been looking after clients holiday arrangements for the past 12 years.  Having visited over forty countries she is able to offer first hand knowledge about a huge range of destinations, from small villages in France and Italy, to the beaches of the South Pacific and the Safari Parks of Botswana.  If you are driving overseas Trish recommends a GPS unit so that you can avoid getting lost and save time getting to all those "out of the way" places.

Kim has travelled to more places than most during her retail career which began in 1986. Since joining Counties United Travel in 2004 Kim has established a loyal portfolio of repeat clients. The fact that she’s so knowledgeable about out of the way and exotic locations as well as usual holiday destinations is what keeps them coming back. Kim’s favourite place to holiday is Thailand as it caters for a wide audience. The weather is great, the people friendly and it’s certainly value for money. In Kim’s free time she is kept busy with children’s sports activities and spending time with family.

Jeanette joined Greens Travel, now known as Executive Travel in 1990 and made her start in the travel industry.  Jeanette has a wealth of knowledge from being one of the longest serving employees.  Her favourite holiday destination is Las Vegas which comes as no surprise when you know Jeanettes love of dance & shows (and I'm sure the odd flutter).  On the weekends you will often find Jeanette umpiring netball or playing her new sport - golf.

Val started in the accounts department with Executive Travel in June 2001 coming from a long history in the bank. Val is responsible for the internal processing of accounts and liases with our hotel suppliers. Vals favourite holiday is cruising because you arrive at a new destination most days and not have to pack and unpack makes it very relaxing.  When Val is not at work she can be found boating on the Waitemata or when the opportunity allows, enjoying more overseas holidays.

Suzanne is the latest addition to our accounts department having joined Executive Travel mid 2006, when we realised there was a need for extra resources in this area. Suzanne’s role involves her dealing with our clients as she is responsible for accounts receiveable along with other internal accounting duties. Suzannes passion is running and she loves the challenge of marathons.
